Privacy Policy

IAEE - New England Chapter (NECIAEE) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. A summary of the measures taken by NECIAEE to protect our customers' privacy is as follows:

We do not provide or sell your personal details to third parties unless you have registered with NECIAEE in order that advertisers and/or third parties can offer you information, goods and services that may be of interest to you.

We reserve the right to disclose information about demographics to advertisers, but in anonymous aggregate form only.  NECIAEE will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure of such information.

NECIAEE may contact prospects and customers by email with electronic newsletters, or as part of one of our promotions.  The newsletters are sent out to the email address you have supplied. All our email correspondence includes an unsubscribe option.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

We collect information on our customers through membership, registration, subscription or via list collection.

Registration data collected will include details about your company and the products and/or services you provide.  We may also ask some further, voluntary questions so we can gain a clearer understanding of our customers.  Your responses help us to provide you with relevant information in our publications, as well as to sell appropriate advertising space.  We do not share this “additional” information with third parties unless you have consented to this.

This information is stored by our data processors and us.  We may employ external companies to act on our behalf as data processors for internal business purposes.  Data processors will abide by the Privacy Policy detailed here and will not disclose personal details to any other organizations or use data other than for purposes required by us.
