Welcome to the New England Chapter of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). Our chapter is comprised of around 400 members from five New England states.
As we kick off the start the summer, we’ve got some excited things planned for the latter half of the year.
In April, we hosted our first educational and networking reception at the Social Register in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District sponsored by FERN. Bob Philips, a consultant to the Texas Travel Industry Association, presented a fun and interactive session that introduced four simple, yet powerful practices that anyone can learn to use to create amazing customer service using the FISH! Philosophy. Thank you to all those that attended this engaging event.
In August, we will be hosting our annual Summer Outing. Details will be forth coming in the next month. We are looking forward to a fun day in the sun with a little friendly competition.
For more information on any of our events, please visit our events page.
Our members come from all walks of life and bring a wide variety of knowledge from across the events, meetings, and hospitality industry. Through networking, events, and social media, we aim to bring you engaging information and foster powerful relationships! If you are not a member please reach out to us regarding joining our thriving chapter today.
The New England Chapter aims to inspire those who inspire others, through education and recognition. Our board serves as the pleasure of the greater chapter and we encourage our members to reach out to us directly with any ideas you may have to better our members and strengthen the communities that we live and work in. With your help, and the diligence and creativity of our board, we aim to produce many educational, social and charitable events this coming year.
I am proud to serve as the chair and even more proud to work in such an impactful industry.
Thank you for taking interest in our page and in our chapter. Should you have any questions, comments or suggestions, I’d love to hear from you.
